When this was a new release, I did not watch it because I ain't no fan of Jim Carrey. Isn't it obvious I only watch leng chai movies? By the way, Ji Sung is still da best!

Anyway, this movie is about a motorcycle cop in Rhode Island (Jim Carrey as Charlie), who has been a doormat all his life. Soon after marriage, his wife ran off with the limousine driver who is actually a professor doing a research.
The wife left him with three children who were fathered by the limo-driver. Beats me why she did not take the three children along since she's hooking up with the father, anyway. Doesn't make sense.
Hank the mental one
So after that episode, Charllie developed another personality who is named Hank. Now this one, no one can walk over him as he's the total opposite of Charlie.
Throughout the movie Jim Carrey had to switch from being Charlie and Hank. Hank comes on without warning though I find his put-on accent rather irritating.

Charlie was certified a schizophrenic and the force wanted him out. They sent him on an assignment to escort Irene (played by Renee 'Bridget Jones' Zellweger) to New York where Irene is hunted down by the Mob. So Charlie or Hank has to come to her rescue.
Well, I must say that this movie has its senseless funny moments. Unfortunately, I did not find the lowbrow jokes funny. I've watched better of course. If you are a adolescent, you may find the sexually-implied jokes funny.
